Trolley Commons

The fourth and final Phase, Trolley Commons, is in design and is expected to include 80 one- and two-bedroom apartments on the second through fifth floors, 158 parking spaces and approximately 3,000 square feet of commercial space fronting East Main Street. Trolley Commons will house Shockoe Valley Heights’ outdoor rooftop pool overlooking downtown Richmond. Residents living in the fourth and fifth floor apartment units will enjoy excellent views of the James River. Construction on Trolley Commons is tentatively scheduled to begin in early 2011.
