Old Stone Row will be a 96-unit apartment building on approximately 0.821 acres. The property previously housed a two story cinder block building occupied by a night club and reception hall. This building has been demolished to make way for a four story apartment building over ground level parking with 49 spaces. Old Stone Row will have a brick veneer exterior to blend with the adjacent historic buildings and balconies for each unit. Apartment units will have hardwood floors, ceramic tile in the bathrooms, granite vanity tops and kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances and maple cabinets. This phase is scheduled to begin construction in the summer of 2010.
