Phase III will include a three story firehouse constructed in 1899 comprised of 6,172 square feet, garden patio space to the east (approximately 800 square feet) and a mixed use building on the corner of 21st and East Main Street. When completed the firehouse be home to a 2,931 square foot restaurant and three three-bedroom loft apartments with walk-out terraces. The second building will be new construction totaling 24,362 square feet with five stories. The building will have a first floor 2,007 square-foot commercial space and twenty five apartments on the second through fifth floors. The apartments on the second through forth floors will have balconies, while the fifth floor units will have walk-out terraces. Construction for the firehouse will start in late November, 2009 and be completed by April, 2010 and the second building will be started in December, 2009 with a completion date projected for summer of 2010.
