The Bobber Flats Phase is a 41-unit apartment project which is an adaptive re-use of a manufacturing facility. The project construction began in early April, 2009 and is scheduled to be completed in December, 2009. Parking for Bobber Flats will be located on the 0.38 acre parcel on the northwest corner of the block.
