Shockoe Valley Heights will be completed in four phases starting in April, 2009 with a projected completion date in late 2011. When complete, Shockoe Valley Heights will include more than 220 residential units, over 8,300 square feet of commercial spaces, 245 parking spaces, an 800 square-foot patio garden, an outdoor pool, a fitness room and social gathering spaces.
